Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Specialist IT Support to deliver high-quality IT services across the US region. You will work with a global IT team, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user computing while ensuring alignment with MoonLake’s standards.

The role requires hands-on support, some travel, and readiness to wear multiple hats in a growing IT department. You will help manage end-user devices, onboarding/offboarding, and provide training to improve adoption and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Strong experience in IT operations, systems administration and end-user support.
• Experience supporting US-based teams or regional site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-user Services and Support: handle onsite and remote user support, onboarding/offboarding, access control.
• Microsoft 365, Azure and endpoint management including Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint and Teams.
• Support local infrastructure, networks, devices, meeting rooms and telephony for US operations.
• Veeva & SAP support (nice to have) and alignment with compliance standards.
• Provide IT support to employees, deliver training, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist in infrastructure management of servers, networks and cloud systems.
• Contribute to security and compliance measures and incident escalation.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize tools like Teams, SharePoint and Zoom.
• Participate in IT projects and document solutions for knowledge base.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
