Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive end‑user support across Windows and macOS environments. The role includes onboarding/offboarding in Microsoft 365, license management, and maintaining IT assets and network infrastructure.

You will configure endpoint security via Intune and Jamf, support firewall/VPN access, and participate in security audits. Travel up to 10% within Southern California may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and resolving IT issues across Windows and macOS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end‑user support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Handle M365 onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, and access management.
• Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals; maintain IT asset inventory.
• Maintain enterprise network gear and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Assist in firewall/security management, VPN/MFA, and basic security rules.
• Troubleshoot VLAN routing, DNS/DHCP, Wi‑Fi coverage, and VPN issues.
• Support physical systems and printers; assist with endpoint security policies.
• Assist in configuring Intune/ Jamf and enforcing security policies.
• Support IT security audits and asset tracking.
