Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Specialist IT Support to deliver high-quality IT services across the US, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user computing. You will join a growing IT team, support regional operations, and collaborate with the global IT group to ensure security and compliance.

The role requires hands-on IT operations experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in IT operations, systems administration and end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee end-user support onsite and remotely.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environment including Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint, Teams.
• Support local infrastructure, networks, devices, meeting rooms and cloud services for US operations.
• Collaborate with global IT team and assist with various IT tasks as needed.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
