Public Storage in Frisco, TX, seeks a Senior PC Support Technician to lead desktop support for corporate and field offices. You will oversee onboarding, maintenance, and issue resolution across the desktop environment, with escalation for major problems and hands-on guidance for colleagues.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and technical skills across Windows, Mac, AD/Entra ID, M365, VPN, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Desktop Support.
• Experience with Windows 11/10, Mac OS, AD/Entra ID, M365, LAN/Wireless, VPN and MFA.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Group Policies and Office 365 Administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior technical support for corporate HQ and field offices.
• Lead onboarding/off-boarding, maintenance, and planning for desktop environment.
• Diagnose system failures and perform corrective actions.
• Escalate major issues per procedures.
• Manage IT Service Desk queue and incident resolution.
• Assist users with questions and light training.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align with IT strategy.
• Evaluate new technologies with vendors and propose improvements.
• Install and maintain OS, software, hardware updates.
• Monitor desktop infrastructure performance and suggest optimizations.
