Scott Electric Company seeks an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team in Greensburg, PA. You will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple locations.

A proactive, confidential, and organized approach is essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, with travel up to 25% to PA, MD, OH, and WV.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms required.

• Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Handle leave of absence processes and ensure compliance.
