Job summary

Air Space Intelligence is hiring a Senior IT Support Analyst for their Boston headquarters to provide hands-on technical support. You will manage IT operations, ensuring compliance and resolving complex issues related to hardware and software, and support the team's technical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of IT support experience with expertise in macOS, Windows, and network troubleshooting, and a preference for candidates with startup experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Comfortable supporting a mixed-OS fleet.
• Experience troubleshooting through MDM.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on technical backbone of the office.
• Resolve complex issues for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Manage and troubleshoot on-site network infrastructure.
• Support corporate VPN connectivity and mobile devices.
