Job summary

Air Space Intelligence is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to enhance our Boston headquarters. This role will serve as the technical backbone, managing IT support for complex issues across the office and ensuring a seamless IT experience for our team.

With a minimum of 5 years in the field, candidates should have expertise in both macOS and Windows troubleshooting. The position focuses on managing physical infrastructure, supporting corporate VPNs, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoints through an MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji).
• Experience operating in a multi-AP wireless environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site point for complex hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across macOS and Windows.
• Manage and troubleshoot on-site network infrastructure.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain VTC/conference-room equipment.
• Support corporate VPN connectivity and mobile devices.
• Document procedures and build self-service resources.
