Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to serve as a senior technical resource for our IT Support team in Scottsdale. This onsite role owns escalated issues, leads technology projects, and mentors junior technicians while supporting our practices and field offices.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of IT support, 2+ years in senior roles, strong Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange and networking skills, and a track record of root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support experience with 2+ years in a senior, Tier 2, or Tier 3 role.
• Ability to onsite to Scottsdale office.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Entra, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with a service desk/ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, network, endpoint, and system issues.
• Own escalated issues from diagnosis through resolution while meeting SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement solutions that reduce recurring issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange, VoIP, endpoints, asset management, and service desk systems.
• Lead or serve as a technical owner for hardware refreshes, software deployments, migrations, and other IT projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Partner with vendors on support, licensing, warranties, and external services.
