Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to provide hands-on on-site IT support at our Cool Springs office. You will own endpoint deployment, provisioning, and workstation policy implementation at scale using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, and Azure AD / Entra policy.

Travel to lead deployments across offices is required. You will serve as the senior on-site resource bridging the service desk and engineering, mentoring Level 1–2 analysts and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT support or desktop deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint deployments at scale using Intune or Autopilot.
• Experience applying workstation policies via Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise endpoint deployments and provisioning across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot Level 1–3 issues related to hardware, software, networks, and endpoint policies.
• Collaborate with service desk, engineering, and architecture teams to align processes.
• Provide hands-on on-site support at the Cool Springs office and mentor junior staff.
