Job summary

Olema Oncology in Boston is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our on-premise IT Operations team. This fully onsite role provides high-level support for executives and staff and includes onboarding/offboarding and employee experience tasks.

You will install and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software across Windows and macOS, coordinate with MSPs and vendors, and maintain knowledge articles and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networking, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Okta, Jamf, Zoom, and ITIL incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level IT support for executives and employees, including onboarding and offboarding and office IT support.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding with People & Culture; deliver new‑hire IT orientation.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end‑user hardware, software, peripherals, and workplace technology; manage onsite delivery in Boston.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors to resolve complex issues; meet SLAs and communicate status.
• Support conference rooms, AV, and office facilities; maintain asset records and assist with office moves.
