Job summary

Dedicated IT in the United States is seeking an Onsite IT Engineer to support enterprise-class systems for mid-market healthcare clients in Vero Beach. This full-time, onsite role offers hands-on infrastructure projects and close collaboration with client executives to shape IT strategies.

You will manage Windows/Mac endpoints, Office 365, and security tasks, with access to modern hardware and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+; Cisco and Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in a helpdesk or similar advanced technical role; MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective end-user support, ensuring timely resolution and SLA tracking.
• Collaborate with clients, Service Delivery Managers and teammates to deliver high-quality service and a positive user experience.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure improvement projects to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation, create detailed support tickets, and log activities for reporting.
• Offer hands-on support to executive teams, assisting with technology needs and strategic IT planning.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams with documenting troubleshooting steps.
• Act as SME for assigned clients, mentoring team members as needed.
• Proactively identify and report potential major incidents with timely communication to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Develop and deliver end-user training on supported software and hardware to improve confidence.
• Assist with installation and configuration of client-specific software, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Support Professional Services and Account Management by testing new environment configurations and providing feedback.
