Job summary

Meltwater in New York is seeking an experienced IT & Infrastructure professional to provide advanced, white-glove support to executive leadership. You will manage Windows and Mac endpoints, cloud services, and core IT systems across hybrid and remote environments.

This role requires 7+ years of IT support, strong network and security know-how, and the ability to mentor staff. In-person NYC office support is expected on Tue–Thu, with opportunities to lead IT projects and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support with executive-level experience.
• Resolve complex hardware and software incidents.
• Strong Windows and MacOS enterprise support.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with MFA and modern endpoint encryption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• In-person NYC office support on Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, white-glove technical support to C-level executives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex enterprise technical problems.
• Administer and maintain core IT infrastructure and security.
• Oversee hardware/software inventory and asset lifecycle.
• Lead IT projects and IT policy improvements.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports.
• Mentor junior IT staff and provide training.
• Stay updated on industry trends and upgrades.
• In-person NYC office support for the NYC office on Tue–Thu.
