• Experience setting up IT equipment in office environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and mobiles.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows environments and business applications; configure devices.
• Travel to client sites for office moves and deployments.
• Set up equipment, label, inventory, and test after installation.
• Install and maintain physical security locks for IT equipment.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, document IT assets, and manage tickets.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects as needed.
