Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm, working on large scale transformation projects in the commercial sector in the strategy, growth and IT transformation space.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization experience.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube) and improve code quality.
• Manage project execution: develop plans, facilitate client meetings, maintain documentation, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze requirements, performance metrics, and risks; communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to align with change management controls.
• Mentor teams and promote knowledge sharing, improving DevOps, reporting, and service delivery practices.
