Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant for US-E-Consulting Services - AI & E - EaaS to lead end-to-end IT transformation projects, driving innovation and operational excellence across major clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize DevOps toolchains, manage delivery within scope and budget, and mentor teams on best practices in DevOps and reporting. Attendance of 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm on large-scale transformation projects in commercial sectors.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in DevOps tooling (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Experience with data center and application migration projects; BI/reporting delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major clients, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Manage project execution: plans, meetings, documentation, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze requirements, performance metrics, and risks; communicate with executive leadership.
• Act as a technology liaison between business and engineering to align with change controls.
• Mentor teams and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in DevOps and reporting.
