Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm on large-scale transformation projects in the commercial sector.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• Certifications: Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major clients, focusing on innovation, technology resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Develop project plans, facilitate client meetings, maintain project documentation, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Mentor and enable teams through knowledge sharing, leading virtual office hours, and driving continuous improvement in DevOps practices.
