Job summary

Deloitte US-E-Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Consultant in AI & Engineering to lead end-to-end IT transformation projects, focusing on innovation, resiliency, and operational excellence. You will design and optimize DevOps toolchains and manage project execution across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in IT project management, with strong stakeholder management and familiarity with Power BI and analytics delivery. Travel 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm on large-scale transformation projects.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains.
• Develop project plans, facilitate client meetings, and maintain project documentation.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and risks; communicate recommendations to executives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to align with priorities.
