Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in IT transformation, strong stakeholder management, and travel up to 50%. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization experience.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation.
• Experience with DevOps transformation and tooling: GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains.
• Manage project execution: develop plans, facilitate meetings, maintain docs, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Act as a technology liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment with priorities.
