Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm, working on large scale transformation projects in the commercial sector in the strategy, growth and IT transformation space.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in DevOps transformation and tooling (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Experience with project management-risk mitigation, RAID items, scheduling, cost control.
• Stakeholder management-bridging business and engineering groups.
• Data center and application migration projects.
• Business intelligence, reporting (Power BI), and analytics delivery.
• Demonstrated use of AI in current project environment.
• Managing on and off-shore IT project teams.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA) and reporting in a consulting environment.
• Experience evaluating the engineering toolchain and technical solutions approaches across programs with focus on modernisation.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation, technology resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Manage project execution: Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to executives.
• Act as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change controls.
• Mentor teams through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in DevOps, reporting, and service delivery.
