Job summary

Deloitte US-E-Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Consultant in AI & Engineering to lead IT transformation initiatives and shape DevOps toolchains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize processes and platforms, driving efficiency and measurable improvements.

You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while supporting enterprise change management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm on large scale transformation projects.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in DevOps tooling and transformation.
• Experience with data center and application migration projects.
• Strong client relationships and ability to travel ~50%.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients.
• Design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains to improve code quality and automation.
• Develop project plans, run meetings, and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze requirements, metrics, and risks; present recommendations to executives.
• Bridge business and engineering priorities for enterprise change management.
• Mentor teams and promote knowledge sharing and best practices in DevOps.
