BravoTECH in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with an uncapped commission structure.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a hybrid work setup at our Dallas office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and remote work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Expect about 2 travel days per month and access to a seasoned recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business development experience in IT staffing/workforce solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort with cold outreach and proactive lead generation.
• Ability to travel approximately 2 days per month.

Responsibilities

• 50% New business development: identify and pursue IT staffing opportunities.
• 50% Account management and relationship growth with clients.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and client entertainment.
• Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to expand client base.
