Job summary

Fifteen West in Uptown Dallas is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Technology. You will handle live vacancies for established clients, source and qualify candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers while building your own recruitment desk.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment or B2B sales, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by a structured onboarding program, coaching, and uncapped commission. On-site work five days per week with free parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment is valued.
• Ability to manage multiple live vacancies and client relationships.
• Ambition to grow into a 360 recruitment role with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Work on live vacancies from day one, connecting professionals with enterprise technology roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to interviews, offers, and placements.
• Learn from experienced leadership and senior consultants to build your own desk.
• Develop client relationships and build business development capabilities over time.
• Progress toward full 360 recruitment responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
