Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior IT Specialist for a remote-first role in the United States. You will be the go-to for internal IT support, resolving issues across hardware, software, networking, and enterprise apps to keep employees productive and secure.

You will collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen systems, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvements in a distributed environment. Remote-friendly, cross‑team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

4–6 years of IT or SaaS experience.
Proficient with Windows and macOS.
Strong networking fundamentals and SaaS apps knowledge.
Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta).
Hands-on with Intune and Jamf endpoint management.
Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive internal IT support across hardware, software, networking, and apps.
Triage and resolve IT tickets, escalating as needed.
Administer user accounts, access controls, and onboarding/offboarding.
Manage device provisioning, configuration, and software deployment.
Maintain IT documentation and internal knowledge resources.
Support meeting room tech and AV systems.
