Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations professional to own employee technology support and lifecycle management in a fully remote US-based role. You will troubleshoot macOS and iOS devices, manage MDM tooling, and support Okta/Google Workspace and other SaaS apps, ensuring secure access and efficient operations.

You’ll lead on-call rotations, build automation scripts, and drive improvements across IT workflows, collaborating with Engineering, Security, People, and business

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, or technical support.
• Hands-on macOS and iOS/iPadOS support including remote troubleshooting.
• Experience with Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or a comparable MDM platform.
• Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, and modern SaaS apps with SSO and provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting across devices, browsers, identity systems, connectivity, and integrations.
• Ability to independently resolve complex issues and improve IT workflows.
• Experience building scripts/workflows; familiarity with GAM, APIs, Bash, or Python.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools with data sensitivity considerations.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a distributed, fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration.

• Own employee technology support from investigation to verified resolution.
• Participate in IT on-call rotation for urgent issues outside regular hours.
• Manage employee technology lifecycle: onboarding, role changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Administer endpoint management platforms and oversee deployments and OS updates.
• Maintain health of SaaS apps like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; manage SSO and access.
• Maintain device/app inventories and enforce least-privilege access lifecycle.
• Build and maintain scripts/workflows to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Identify recurring issues and lead improvements from pilot testing to deployment.
