Job summary

Horizon3 is a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company. We seek a Senior IT Analyst to provide advanced IT support for a distributed workforce, acting as Tier 2/3 escalation for endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues.

You will own incidents from triage to resolution and help improve tooling, processes, and documentation. The role is remote within the United States with occasional travel to Horizon3 offices (including Chicago) for larger initiatives and on-site events.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in IT support, help desk, or IT operations, with Tier 2/3 responsibilities.
• Experience supporting distributed workforce in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, hands-on IT support and escalations for a distributed workforce.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues.
• Own high-impact incidents from triage to root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Develop runbooks, automation, and improved configurations to prevent workarounds.
