Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT, systems administration, or similar hands‑on roles.
• Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows in distributed/remote‑first environments.
• MDM deployment experience with policy configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys.
• Experience with endpoint protection/EDR and security incident escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee IT lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
• Provision access, revoke accounts, and ensure data/resource ownership transfer on departures.
• Administer Google Workspace, Entra ID, Google SSO, MFA, and manage YubiKeys for critical systems.
• Deploy and maintain MDM for macOS and Windows, including policies and OS updates.
• Support remote employees across time zones and provide documentation and repeatable IT processes.
• Automate routine IT tasks via scripts, APIs, and integrations.
• Maintain SaaS inventory, coordinate license reviews, and track renewals.
• Manage workplace tool settings, sharing controls, and data recovery procedures.
• Provide basic remote office networking support (routers, Wi‑Fi, VPNs).
