Job summary

Lennar is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead IT procurement initiatives across a broad portfolio, including applications, software, and data center services. You will collaborate with executives to shape sourcing strategies, optimize costs, and drive supplier performance.

The role requires deep IT category expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence across the IT portfolio while partnering with business and technology leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT purchasing experience.
• 7+ years of IT sourcing experience.
• Experience with large technology partners (AT&T, CDW, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Verizon, VMware).
• ITIL experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to finalize IT and HR contracts.
• Lead negotiations and develop strategic supplier partnerships.
• Mentor and coach managers and specialists on sourcing practices.
• Develop and implement RFPs and RFI processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
