Job summary

Lennox International in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior IT Strategic Sourcing leader to design and execute global IT category strategies across hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and services. You will own complex sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and partner with IT and business leadership to optimize value and manage supplier risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of contract law and contract management end-to-end.
• Experience with RFQ processes and low-cost country sourcing.
• Executive-level negotiation and influencing ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to build strategic category plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year IT category strategies.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Draft statements of work to support new product needs.
• Perform TCO and cost-benefit analyses for sourcing.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and licensing.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk.
• Provide category insights to leadership and plan transitions.
