Lennox in Richardson, TX seeks a senior IT Strategic Sourcing leader to develop and execute global IT category strategies, manage complex sourcing events, and partner with legal and risk teams to minimize contract risk.

The role reports to IT leadership, requires 10+ years in sourcing, and offers a starting salary in a market range with annual STI bonus potential. In-office role; salary reflects geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of contract law and contract management throughout lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes, supplier qualification, and low-cost-country sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year IT category strategies across hardware, software, telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, and professional services.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and negotiations; advise on SOWs for product/service needs.
• Perform TCO and cost-benefit analyses to guide sourcing decisions.
• Drive supplier negotiations, cost reductions, and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships with IT and business leaders.
