Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing and procurement experience in technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma and/or CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and drafts with stakeholders to ensure alignment with policy.
• Liaise between Lennar and vendors to manage intake, review and finalization of contracts.
• Lead cross‑functional programs in IT and services procurement.
• Drive supplier performance through governance and relationship management.
• Create and evaluate RFPs/RFIs; analyze financial implications.
