Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum 5 years sourcing and managing supplier/partner relationships.
• Superior analytical and communication skills.
• JDE/AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Significant knowledge of the residential homebuilding industry.
• Sound financial management knowledge.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Should-cost modelling experience and negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Lennar has the best subcontractors to meet manufacturing needs.
• Improve subcontractors' quality, cost, service and delivery performance.
• Understand material supply chains and implement sourcing strategies.
• Benchmark industry sourcing and supply management best practices.
• Develop, maintain and use should-cost models for spend categories.
• Own responsibility for improving cost per sq ft for spend categories.
• Negotiate pricing and verify EPOs; resolve issues with Expeditor.
• Rationalize subcontractor base to top performers.
• Ensure continuity of supply and labor to divisions.
