Job summary

Lennar in Florida seeks a senior procurement professional to develop, negotiate, and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories, supporting the Division President to maximize cost efficiencies. You will lead cost analyses, manage supplier relationships, and drive value engineering with trade partners while ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sourcing and managing supplier/trade partner relationships.
• Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
• Sound financial management knowledge and project management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories.
• Assist Division Leadership Team in creating and implementing the Division Business Plan.
• Coordinate automated purchasing system and related tools.
• Analyze cost plans and propose cost-reduction and value-engineering ideas.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and trade partners and review cost reports.
• Ensure purchasing policies are followed and schedules/deadlines are met.
