Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead IT procurement strategies for a broad portfolio including application development, software, and data center hardware.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to optimize costs, shape sourcing strategies, and drive value across the enterprise. You will manage complex negotiations, supplier performance, and contract governance, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Purchasing experience.
• 7+ years of IT Sourcing experience.
• Experience working with large technology partners such as AT&T, CDW, Cisco, IBM, Insight, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Verizon and VMware.
• ITIL experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments.
• Strong communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical spend to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and supplier partnerships.
• Oversee supplier performance and contract management.
• Review contracts to ensure Lennar policies.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors for IT and HR contracts.
• Mentor and coach managers and specialists.
• Draft and negotiate IT-related agreements (SOWs, POCs, order forms).
• Facilitate procurement and vendor performance improvements.
