Lennar is seeking a skilled sourcing professional to develop, negotiate, and execute local labor-category agreements. You will partner with the Division Leadership Team to drive cost efficiencies and ensure supply continuity.

You will oversee purchasing systems, analyze cost plans, and lead negotiations with suppliers and trade partners, contributing to the division’s financial performance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and managing supplier/trade partner relationships.
• Superior analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
• sound financial management and project management capabilities.
• Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, negotiate, and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories.
• Participate in the Division Business Plan as a strategist on the Leadership Team.
• Coordinate the purchasing system and related tools within the department.
• Analyze cost plans, recommend reductions, and support value engineering.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and trade partners.
• Ensure continuity of supply and manage subcontractor relationships.
