Job summary

Lennar is a leading homebuilder seeking a procurement leader to develop and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories in the Florida division. You will support the Division President and ensure cost efficiencies across purchasing, while collaborating with construction, sales, and trade partners.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a focus on value engineering, pricing strategies, and timely procurement to meet community deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential construction sourcing and supplier management.
Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills.
Sound financial and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories.
Participate in the Division Business Plan and cost reduction efforts.
Coordinate automated purchasing systems and monitor pricing changes.
Lead value engineering sessions with trade partners and construction teams.
Review reports and ensure timely procurement to meet deadlines.
Negotiate prices with suppliers and ensure continuity of supply.
