Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a senior IT Customer and Commercial Solutions Architect to define technical direction and ensure successful delivery across global customer and commercial applications. You will bridge business needs with software engineering teams to enable seamless digital capabilities for selling and servicing products.

You will design and oversee robust integrations across marketing, CRM, e-commerce, billing, PIM, pricing, connectivity, support, and sales incentive platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Enterprise Architect in a global setting.
• Deep technical and functional experience across the customer and commercial tech stack.
• Experience with integration platforms and REST/SOAP APIs; strong vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: run design workshops with stakeholders and design scalable future-state architectures.
• Solution Integration: design end-to-end data flows across marketing, CRM, commerce, and ERP systems.
• Technical Guidance: author architecture documents and guide implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Process Optimization: map and refine lead-to-revenue, quote-to-order, pricing, onboarding, and EDI/API flows.
• Technical Governance: review major integrations, maintain roadmaps and standards.
• Security and Compliance: support IAM, data governance, privacy, and secure coding practices.
• Operational Health: ensure availability, security, performance, resiliency of critical platforms.
• Vendor and Delivery Coordination: coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams.
• Business Transition Support: assist mergers, TSA exits, and post-transition stabilization.
