Job summary

Brady Corporation in the United States seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead non-ERP, engineering, and CCEX platforms within the Panther PSS IT organization. You will manage a global team of ~25 professionals, drive strategic roadmaps, and ensure integrations across SAP, Salesforce, and data warehousing.

Located in Fort Mill, SC, this role requires a strong track record in agile leadership, TSA Day-1 readiness, and stabilizing critical applications during corporate transitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT application management, software engineering, or technical leadership.
• 7+ years managing multidisciplinary software teams, including managers and offshore partners.
• Deep knowledge of CCEX architectures including CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, and MDM/PIM.
• Strong familiarity with PLM platforms and OT test manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience driving agile development, complex integrations, and stabilization programs in a global manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and scale three IT streams (CCEX, Engineering, Non-ERP) with ~25 headcount.
• Drive CCEX ecosystem architecture, frontends, CRM portals, E‑commerce, and integrations with ERP (SAP) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Provide technical leadership to on-site manufacturing test engineering teams for high-performance OT systems.
• Coordinate with IMO on TSA exit plans, Day 1 readiness, and stabilization targets.
• Ensure alignment with corporate architecture, security, and coding standards.
