Job summary

Executech is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to serve as the top escalation point for complex IT issues within MSP delivery. This role drives major incident response, performs RCA, and mentors junior staff while upholding Executech standards across infrastructure, identity, networking, endpoint, and applications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MSP IT support, expertise across M365, endpoint management, and basic networking, plus PowerShell automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support/engineering experience in MSP environments.
• Broad, advanced MSP-relevant tech knowledge including M365 identity and endpoint mgmt.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and incident leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-severity escalations across infrastructure and applications as the senior technical point of contact.
• Lead major incident responses including triage, containment, and status updates.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive durable remediation across teams.
• Own client outcomes end-to-end, coordinating with internal resources as needed.
• Mentor engineers and improve standard operating procedures and runbooks.
