Job summary

Centene is seeking an IT Service Operations leader to direct planning, development, and maintenance of Centene's IT service operations, overseeing enterprise system management, event management tools, and ITSM strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives.

You will lead software asset management, KPI definition, staff development, and budget planning, partnering across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and technology teams to optimize costs, ensure audit readiness, and deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of IT service operations experience is required.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, storage and backup technologies.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.

Responsibilities

Lead ITSM operations and KPI metrics for Centene's service delivery.
Oversee planning, hosting, and deployment of operational activities for IT service and support teams; optimize response practices.
Oversee enterprise event management tools, maintenance, integration, and strategy.
Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching for IT service staff.
Manage budgets for service operations, reporting, and forecasting; mentor staff.
