Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IT service operations KPIs.
• Oversee event management tools and maintenance.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance reviews of ITSM staff.
• Ensure reliable ITSM operations and incident response.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
