Centene Corporation seeks a senior IT Service Management leader to direct software asset management, license governance, and operational delivery across enterprise tools. You will collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and IT leadership to optimize renewals, audits, and cost controls.

The role emphasizes policy development, KPI-driven operations, and staff coaching while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the IT service portfolio.

• Lead the Software Asset Management team and oversee license governance, optimization, compliance, lifecycle management, and reporting.

Position Purpose:

Provides leadership and direction in planning, developing, and maintaining Centene's IT service operations function. Provides oversight to the major enterprise system management and event management tools, and their respective maintenance. Leads ITSM strategies, including collaborating with disaster recovery and business continuity teams. Also manages the overall performance and reliability of the ITSM team by establishing and implementing technical and operational performance standards as defined for core functions that are essential to supporting Centene's established IT strategic objectives.

Key Details:

Lead the enterprise Software Asset Management team and oversee software license governance, optimization, compliance, lifecycle management, reporting, and operational delivery. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, technology teams, software owners, and leadership while using Flexera and related tools to support informed decisions, timely renewals, audit readiness, and cost optimization.This is a remote position within the United States. Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Technical Skills:

One or more of the following skills are desired:

Experience with Windows Server, Active directory, UNIX/Linux, Data Domain Storage, NetBackup and their uses in application hosting architecture, tools such as SolarWinds, Microsoft System Center or equivalent, current networking systems, ITIL framework and practices

Pay Range:

$102,900.00 - $190,500.00 per year
