Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead domestic IT recruitment efforts, manage client relationships, and drive end-to-end hiring across multiple technologies. The role emphasizes C2H hiring, team handling, and Independent IC contributions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in Domestic IT Recruitment, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and proven stakeholder management. A reliable home setup and ability to work remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and IC roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client POCs, and understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, and client portal submissions.
• Handle recruitment teams and drive hiring closures while managing individual requirements.
