Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter to lead domestic IT recruitment across multiple technologies. The role emphasizes C2H hiring, client handling, and team management, with the ability to work independently as an IC.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing large client requirements while driving closures remotely.

Formación

• 57 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and Individual Contributor (IC) roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client POCs, and understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, and client portal submissions.
• Handle recruitment teams and drive hiring closures while managing individual requirements.
