The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in Domestic IT Recruitment, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and proven stakeholder management. A reliable home setup and ability to work remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and IC roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.
