Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced IT recruiters for Domestic IT Recruitment (C2H) with 2+ years of experience. You will handle client communications, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and coordinate with client POCs to ensure successful placements.

The role offers remote work with full-time employment and requires strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work with large clients and multiple technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably in C2H hiring.
• Experience in client handling and POC coordination is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with client-specific recruitment processes, profile submissions, and candidate uploading.
• Experience working with large clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Handle client communications and coordinate with client POCs for requirements, submissions, feedback, and updates.
• Understand client-specific recruitment processes and hiring expectations.
• Ensure quality submissions and perform candidate duplicacy checks.
• Upload candidate profiles and maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
