Intellics Global Services Private Limited is hiring a Sr. IT Recruiter (Female candidates only) to manage end-to-end IT recruitment and client handling. The role involves team coordination, sourcing from multiple portals, and end-to-end interview logistics.

Applicants should have 4-9 years of IT hiring experience and be prepared for a permanent work-from-home setup. The position offers a salary of 19K–22K with incentives, 9:30–6:30 office hours, and Saturday offs on the 2nd and 4th weeks.

Formación

• End-to-end IT recruitment experience is required.
• Experience in client handling and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and sourcing from portals.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle.
• Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews (telephonic, F2F, Skype/Zoom).
• Negotiate salaries and notice periods; follow up with candidates through joining.
