The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment across technologies, nurturing client relationships, coordinating with POCs, and driving hiring closures with a strong sourcing and negotiation skill set.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in team handling and Individual Contributor (IC) roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.
