Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles from Edina, MN. The role is fully onsite for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

You will source, screen, interview, present to clients, negotiate salaries, and close candidates. Ideal candidates possess 5–8 years of IT recruiting experience, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT recruiting experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fills and services client orders using ATS and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
• Sourced IT professionals for a variety of positions using multiple channels.
• Interviews, hires and places contract and direct-hire employees.
• Enters candidate information in the ATS and logs communications and qualifications.
• Keeps applicants updated on interview status and next steps.
• Collaborates with Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities.
