Job summary

Viking Client Services, LLC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a part-time Human Resource Recruiter to support a fast-paced hiring process and assist the HR manager with daily operations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment using an ATS, screen resumes, schedule interviews, source candidates, and extend offers while maintaining compliant records. Additionally, you will handle HR administration, onboarding, training coordination, audits, policy research, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• 1+ years HR or recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions using an ATS.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Extend offers and oversee pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS for compliance.
