Job summary

Dahl Consulting in Minneapolis is seeking a Contract Experienced Recruiter to support hiring across North America. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, advise on market trends, negotiate offers, and drive diversity. This 5-month contract offers onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, executive search, or staffing.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience developing and executing creative candidate sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Conduct candidate research, outreach, screening, and assessment activities.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
• Negotiate and facilitate employment offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Drive diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidates.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, compensation insights, and emerging sourcing techniques.
• Support employer branding efforts and represent the organization within professional networks, industry events, and talent communities.
• Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
